| All of my bunnies are rescue bunnies adopted from the Rabbit Advocates group in Portland, Oregon except for the last two (Maya and Faith) who were adopted from the Hillsboro Police Department. Maya and Faith (sisters) were born in a warehouse in November 2006 where their mother was being held as evidence by the Hillsboro Police in an animal hoarding case. |

Harmony was adopted 11/12/04. He was found in Mt. Tabor park in May 2004 along with his mate, who did not survive her illness after being rescued. His foster person feared that he only had a few months left to live, but he is still going strong! He is my most trustworthy bunny and a very mellow soul. He lives in my dining room most of the time where he has a large two story condo where he likes to sleep at night, but spends the evenings in the living room with me. He begs when I have something to eat and does great head shakin' binkies when he's excited and happy, which is at least a couple times a day, and always makes me laugh.

Dharma
& Sky are a brother and sister bonded pair who were born in a foster home on 1/16/04 after their mother was rescued. I adopted them on 10/14/04. They have their own room and spend the mornings in my home office with me and then every day around noon they retreat to their favorite daytime nap space in the closet of their room. Sky's full name is Skywalker because of his "helicopter" ears and how he loves to fly around the house. He is a little shy, but very devoted to his mate. Dharma has a more outgoing personality and loves to get petted and groomed.

Shanti's
name means "peace", and that is his demeanor. He was adopted on 3/30/05 after being given up for biting his people and chasing cats. He is my most loving bunny and the most social with other people. He lets me hold him on my chest and melts down into me, sometimes giving me little bunny kisses on my neck. He does a special bunny dance twice every day at meal times that includes flying binkies and circles under furniture and around my feet. Shanti exudes a contagious happiness!

Trinity was adopted on 2/20/05 after I agreed to keep him for one week to help out another fosterer and then fell in love with him. I don't know how old he is but he was given up because of cage aggression issues. He is much happier now that he has a lot of space, but is still a very verbal bunny who grunts, growls and lunges when he's upset; and even snores a little when he is sleeping. He has a tattoo that looks like a "3" in his ear, so is probably a pedigreed bunny. He is also the softest bunny I have ever touched and when he feels like it can be very loving. He will sometimes fall asleep when I am holding and petting him.

Maya was born around 10/30/06 and adopted with her sister (Faith) on 2/1/07. She's a pretty spunky bunny and does not like being held much (like most bunnies) but she fights and claws like her life depends on getting away. Since she is still quite young I do expect her to mellow out with maturity and some extra attention. She has a large pen in a big room that she shares with Shanti and Trinity and is showing signs of being sweet on Trinity, but isn't too fond of Shanti (yet). My hope is to bond the three of them.

| Faith is my "miracle bunny" and the sister of Maya. By the time I was allowed to adopt them from the Hillsboro police they had been kidnapped along with over a hundred other bunnies stolen from police custody and taken to another location where they were all housed together and many were injured as a result, including Faith who suffered a severe bite wound that abscessed throughout her body. Her prognosis for recovery was very poor, but she did survive with a lot of care and prayer on my part, and her courage and will to survive. Faith is a very sweet, loving, and happy bunny who does great head shakin' baby binkies and flying leaps when she is out to play.
